Cardio is so beneficial to your body and if you pair it with weight lifting you will get to the toned body that you want in no time.

Cardio helps you lose body fat while weight lifting helps you gain muscle and tone up your body. So these two are a perfect combination.

You can totally do this workout by itself or you can pair it with a weightlifting workout, whichever you prefer.

You will want to do as many reps as you can in 10 minutes.

Make sure that you are doing all of the moves properly so you don’t injure yourself. If you are getting too winded and your form is being compromised pause the workout and then get back too it when you can have proper form.
