I launched this blog in 2019 to help others with cooking, fitness, and to share information about pregnancy and my life.

On my blog you will find many different recipes to feed yourself and others. There are fitness programs so you can learn to stay healthy and fit. Full disclaimer my husband creates most of the workout plans or I consult with him because he is a personal trainer for a living. I want y’all to have the best of the best and not hurt yourselves!

You will also see posts about my life and pregnancies. I love to share information with those around me and this is the perfect outlet!

I’m still learning many things and I will never claim to be an expert, but I want to share the things I discover with all y’all! With workouts my husband does this for a living so he helps me a lot. That way I can give y’all good quality there. With recipes, I have cooked for many years and I love to modify others recipes to see if I can make it better. With pregnancy and my life I want to share all of the exciting things that I’m learning.

I started this blog because I want to be a stay at home mom, but I also want to bring in an income for my family. I wanted to share my passions with other people and also learn from others too!

I’m a mom to a little boy, two heaven babies, and two fur babies. I love what I do and I want other people to discover their passions. I want to help y’all be strong both body and mind!
