Also your body will adapt to running and the way to keep losing weight with running is by making it more difficult. It’s just like with weightlifting, your body will adapt to the weight and reps that you do so you need to change it up.
With running the only way to change it up is different inclines or declines, speed, and time. Which doesn’t offer much change.
If you are anything like me you are trying to find different ways to get your cardio in without having to go on a walk, jog, or run.
Lucky for you this 20 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) cardio workout will totally kick your butt.
AMRAP 20 Minute Cardio Workout
If you are a beginner you can do this workout in 10 minutes, or if you don’t have time do it in 10 minutes.
You will want to do as many reps as you possibly can in order. If you need to take a break during your workout try to keep it to about 1 minute or less.
The point of this workout is to get your heartrate up and burn those calories.
Make sure to keep proper form to get the most out of this workout.

- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 40 Butt Kickers
- 30 Jump Squats
- 20 Crunches
- 10 Burpees
